A triple storey penthouse of approximately 7000sqft that encompasses 6 bedrooms across 2 levels and a swimming pool and outdoor lounge on its roof terrace.
This Triplex Penthouse sits along Singapore’s busiest shopping belt and yet the view boast of the vast greenery on one end where all the low rise good class bungalows are, and on the other end, where the iconic high rise city scape, incorporating the central business district and the Marina lies.
Our goal with the staircase with its glass baulastrades that separates the living space into a corridor and a smaller living was to turn it into a piece of ART, as well as provide private dining feel within it.
It was quite a feat of engineering: we used five kilometres of cabling for the balustrades and we designed every element from scratch, including the hardware and supports.
