From an understated, light-filled main family hub to a moody, ultra-luxurious basement lounge and a serene master sanctuary, the entire multi-storey landed residence is an exploration of refined textures, thoughtful zoning, and bespoke craftsmanship.
The Ground Floor: Understated Living & Dining Sophistication
The main living and dining area radiates modern sophistication, showcasing a sleek yet masterfully understated design framework. Anchored by a cohesive, neutral color palette, the space allows architectural symmetry and material detailing to take center stage.
The living area boasts a sleek, built-in display unit featuring seamlessly integrated, illuminated shelves. This custom installation enhances the overall ambiance of the room, providing a warm glow that accentuates curated decorative accessories and layered textures. The gentle, hidden lighting adds profound visual depth while celebrating the subtle details that elevate the room’s clean-lined design.
The Basement: A Luxurious Subterranean Man Cave
Beneath the main living zones lies a dedicated subterranean sanctuary—a luxurious basement "man cave" specifically designed for high-end relaxation and private entertainment. The atmosphere here takes a dramatic turn, featuring a rich palette of dark woods, plush tactile fabrics, and warm metallic accents.
Serving as the bold focal point of the entire room is a deep emerald green Chesterfield sofa. Its deep-buttoned, tufted upholstery and classic silhouette bring an immediate sense of old-world heritage and power to the space. The Master Suite: Calming Elegance & Graceful Aesthetic
On the upper levels, the master bedroom retreats into a state of absolute elegance, softened by highly refined architectural design elements. To foster a calming and entirely cohesive atmosphere, we curated a soothing color palette of ivory, cream, taupe, and rich brown.
The walls are treated with intricate, classic beading and custom paneling, all flawlessly finished in a premium ivory spray-painted lacquer to add delicate, tailored detail. This crisp woodwork is beautifully softened by the integration of large, velvet-upholstered wall panels, offering a luxurious touch and a soft, textured focal point that perfectly complements the room’s graceful, boutique-hotel aesthetic.
